Why we started
Most money decisions happen fast. A bill comes in. A friend asks you out to eat. A broker calls with a load. There is no time to open a big program, and most templates speak a language nobody uses at home or on the job: accruals, variable costs, allocations.
EasyMathSheets started in 2026 to fix that. We make simple spreadsheets for people who watch the money: at home, for a big day, for a truck or for a club. You type your numbers one time. The sheet does the math and gives you one clear answer.
One sheet for each money job
Each sheet does one job, with the words you really use.
- At home: the Monthly Budget Planner shows what you keep this month, and the Expense Tracker shows where the money goes.
- Big goals: the Christmas Budget & Gift Tracker, the Wedding Budget Planner and the Debt Payoff Planner, which shows the month you will be debt free.
- On the road: Miles to Money, for owner-operators: type a load offer and know in 30 seconds if it pays.
- Next: a sheet for PTA, PTO and booster club treasurers.
How we build a sheet
- We study the job first. What it costs, the words people use, and what they complain about in the tools they already have.
- We write down every rule before the first formula. What each box means, what a blank means, what the sheet must never do.
- We build it for the phone. Google Sheets and Excel, big answers on top, and you type only in the yellow boxes.
- We test it hard. Every formula is checked against a separate model written from the rules, with thousands of random cases, blanks, zeros and typos. Our 6 sheets passed 339,044 automated checks before sale. We also break formulas on purpose to make sure the tests catch it: 133 of 133 were caught.
- We check the words. Every sheet, guide and page is measured for reading level before it goes out. Our quick start guides read below a 3rd-grade level.
- A real person uses it on a phone before it goes on sale.
What we promise
Plain English. Short words, short lines, one idea per box.
No taxes, on purpose. Our sheets do your own numbers: costs, prices, money left, money to save. They never calculate, file or advise on taxes. That is your accountant's job, and the rules change every year.
Real help. Something not working? Send us a message. We answer and fix it. If we can't, we review your case for a refund.
Who makes this
EasyMathSheets is a small, independent studio run by Daniel, a finance professional in Brazil who has worked with numbers for a living for many years and likes math that gives a clear answer. We design every spreadsheet ourselves. We use AI tools to help write and test some formulas and text, and we say so on every product page.

Every sheet is listed in our shop on this site. Today you buy on our Etsy shop and download the files right after you pay. When a sheet is sold in more places, its page here shows every one of them.
