Refund Policy
Last updated October 18, 2026
Our spreadsheets are digital files. Once you download them, they cannot be "returned". So our policy is simple.
We fix it first, and we review every case
If a sheet does not work as described, send us a message. Tell us what you typed and what you saw. We will answer with a fix, usually a corrected file or a two-line instruction. If we cannot make it work for you, we review your case and decide, fairly and in writing, whether a refund is right. A refund is not guaranteed for every case. When a refund is given, your license to use the sheet ends and you delete your copies.
"Does not work as described" means things like: a formula that gives a wrong result, a file that does not open in Google Sheets or Excel 2010 or newer, or a feature on the product page that is not in the sheet.
What is not a refund reason
We do not refund because a sheet does not do taxes or IFTA (we say so on every page), because you changed your mind after downloading, or because you wanted a feature we never promised. If you tell us what was missing, we may add it in a free update.
How refunds are paid
A refund goes back through the store where you bought. For Etsy orders, we issue it from the order and Etsy returns the money to your payment method, usually in a few business days. Etsy's own policies on digital items apply alongside this one.
Free updates
When we improve a sheet, buyers can download the new version from the store where they bought, at no cost.
How to ask
Message us through our Etsy shop, or open the order in your Etsy account and tap "Help with order". See the contact page.
